Janet has been a sugar artist for  5 years now, though her love for baking started many years ago. She is a part of ICES - International Cake Exploration Societe. She is also a member of Cake Pros Decorating Club, featured on Wedding Bells.com, Decido, and Wedding Wire. Janet has taken Wilton courses 1-4, and then went on to take mini classes with cake decorating greats such as Kerry Vincent, Norman Davis, Colette Peters, Earlene Moore, Marcela Sanchez, Nicholas Lodge and more.

Janet just attend the 2010 ICES convention in San Diego where she did  classes with Nicholas Lodge, Kathy Scott, and R.L. Clement . She has been out and about in the community speaking at rotary clubs and donating cakes and baskets of cookies to Highlands County School Board. She is a mother of 2 wonderful girls and wife to her high school sweetheart!

She has done many events at the Cheateau Elan including the Christmas in July and their Bridal Expo. The Chateau has a beautiful new ballroom for wonderful events!

Kenilworth Lodge has a wonderful bridal expo in October ever year which Janet is now featured as thier main cake booth. There exciting hotel is a great location for the event.

Janet's passion is creating new and wonderful cakes and pastries that will make many memories for her clients!!!
